Please review our Return and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold on https://riftmarktt.com are digital goods delivered electronically.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned once accessed or downloaded, we maintain a strict no-refund policy except in specific, limited cases described below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same item more than once.
- Technical error: You were charged but did not receive access to the product due to a verified technical issue.
- Unauthorized charge: You can provide proof that a payment was made fraudulently or without your consent.
Refund requests that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Inability to use the product due to user error
- Claims of “no improvement” in skill or performance
- Any issue related to incompatibility not caused by Rift Market
Once access to a digital product is provided, it is considered delivered and consumed.
4. Cancellations
Because all orders are processed instantly, cancellations are not possible once payment has been completed.
If you made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at contact@riftmarktt.com — we may be able to assist before delivery is finalized.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with the following information:
- Full name
- Email address used for the order
- Order ID or transaction number
- Description of the issue

6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Permanent suspension of your Rift Market account
- Loss of access to previously purchased products
